Q: Why does overworking lead to burnout in the workplace?

Q: We know that this burnout stat is worrying, but we assume it isn't that "surprising", as burnout is a known issue in the UK. It would be great to get a general comment introducing the UK's "burnout epidemic" and why this campaign is important because we want to dig deeper into the causes, consequences, solutions (and hopefully action change!)
